You can also call me Ray. I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner, supporting people with self-enquiry, reconnecting with their emotions and their bodies. I hold space for people, allowing them to relax, rest and recover. Together we address imbalances that may be affecting them physically, psychologically or emotionally by reducing stress from the nervous system, removing blocks and safely processing emotions.
I take a truly holistic view of health and wellbeing, considering symptoms, physical conditions, trauma, behaviour patterns, limiting beliefs, injuries, life events, and even posture when mapping what may be taking someone away from being well.
Creating a space for people where they feel safe, free to express themselves, respected and accepted without judgement is important to me.
Clients can expect sessions to be inclusive, culturally safe, LGBTIQA+ friendly, and tailored uniquely to them as they continue to change and evolve during our work together. I am body-positive and can support all bodies and abilities in session together.
I hold qualifications in mind body medicine from The College of Complimentary Medicine and a bachelor's degree in social science, majoring in psychology. I am also an experienced public health professional with a focus on health promotion, prevention of violence, gender equity, reconciliation and community development.
I use multiple modalities in sessions depending on individual needs, including;
